JESSICA SANDERSON HEALTH & FITNESS
A Happier Healthier You
ABOUT
Hi! I'm Jess. A mum of two, wife, Health & Fitness Coach living in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
Health and fitness has always been a big part of my life and helping others by promoting a healthy balanced diet with regular exercise is how I help my clients achieve their goals. Whether that is to feel better, be more active, be stronger, eat better or lose weight it's the small every day choices that are made consistently over time which deliver long term, sustainable results.
I have a non- diet approach to nutrition which means I don't recommend strict low calorie, no/low fat, no/low carb, keto diets. There are no unsustainable fast weight loss plans or unachievable workout goals.
My aim for each of my clients is to get enjoyment from exercise & movement - it's not something you have to do but something you chose to do because it makes you feel good both mentally and physically. It is your self-care and you do it for you.
If getting a personal trainer has been something you've considered for a while but you've been putting off for fear of being judged, scared of military style workouts or not wanting to be put on a strict diet, contact me and I’ll show you it doesn’t have to be that way!
I have a passion for running and have competed in many triathlons including Ironman Wales, UK. Since having children, triathlon has taken a bit of a backseat but I’m now back in the saddle and even braving the odd cold water dip in order to be ready for when they re-start.
