DO I NEED TO BUY ANY EQUIPMENT FOR OUR SESSIONS.

It is completely up to you! We can do a lot without any equipment or using things from around the house, however having a kettlebell, resistance band or a set of dumbbells will allow us to do much more.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I have a more holistic approach to movement and exercise. My goal is to help people feel better first and foremost and to educate my clients on why movement and good nutrition is important for general health and not just the way we look. I believe staying fit and healthy is just as important for our mental health as it is our physical health.

DO I NEED TO HAVE ANY FITNESS BEFORE WE START?

Not at all. I work with anyone from beginners to advanced. Whether your goal is to run 5k, 10k, tone up, lose weight or feel better I can help.

HOW DO YOU TRACK PROGRESS?

I mostly like to go by feel and how well a client has implemented the healthier changes to their daily lives. For weight loss,  although the scales can be useful in the right context they can also be detrimental to one's progress and mental well-being. I prefer to go by measurements or how well the clothes are fitting (if this is what the client wants).

Run technique coaching is tracked using before and after videos.
